Carbon reduction and tackling damp and mould are key strategic challenges that housing providers are grappling with. This session will explore how we can tie these top priorities into asset management strategies, and a wider programme of complementary work. What is being done to ensure breathable, well-ventilated buildings with healthy indoor air that reduce carbon emissions? Picking up the PAS 2035 requirements, how do we implement thermal modelling and condensation risk analysis? How do we ensure that comfort and health and wellbeing for tenants and residents is at the heart of our approach whilst also moving to a low carbon future?
