Partnership provides even greater choice of procurement solutions

A unique partnership between procurement specialists Prosper and Consortium Procurement, is enabling hundreds of landlords across the UK to access a wider range of procurement frameworks and DPS solutions.

The partnership focuses on generating effective solutions

The partnership allows Consortium Procurement to extend the range of services to its members by offering a delivery solution through Prosper. The new solutions include New Build, Planned and Responsive Repairs and Maintenance Contractor, Decarbonisation Retrofit (including refurbishment works), Supply and Distribution of Kitchens, PAS 2035 retrofit consultants, Construction and Development Services and Passive Fire Safety frameworks.

The procurement solutions Consortium Procurement already offers includes cleaning, compliance, financial, grounds maintenance, HVAC+, independent living and protection, security and electrical works, all of which have been well-established across the last 30 years.

Procurement experts Prosper, specialise in the delivery of bespoke procurement solutions for the public sector using flexible frameworks. Since 2008, they have supported landlords with compliant and effective solutions, from procurement and land brokering, to high-level contract management, supplier relationship management and social value.

The Prosper/Consortium Procurement partnership focuses on generating effective solutions and provides each organisation with access to a wider range of procurement frameworks and DPS solutions, enhancing the breadth of service and delivery offered to members.

One of the areas Consortium Procurement is committed to is to support its members in their transition to Net Zero.

Prosper’s Decarbonisation Retrofit Framework (including refurbishment works) is an all encompassing procurement solution that covers a range of decarbonisation retrofit works with the option to include standard investment works. This is a market-leading framework, providing an innovative and compliant solution route to

delivery through appointed principal contractors. It compliments the works supported through the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund, SHDF Wave 2 and ECO4 works.

The framework covers regional lots across, North East, Yorkshire and The Humber, North West, East 
Midlands, East of England, South East, South West, London, West Midlands and Wales. The solution is 
also available in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
