This nationwide survey honours and celebrates the UK’s top employers, highlighting those who lead the way in creating exceptional workplaces across all sectors.

The accolade recognises Baily Garner’s ongoing commitment to nurturing a workplace culture built on people, sustainability, and technology — the three pillars that underpin its approach to progress and innovation.

“At Baily Garner, progress doesn’t happen by chance,” said Bradley Webster, managing partner at Baily Garner. “It’s built on strong foundations. Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re proud to have cultivated an inclusive, empowering culture where individuals can thrive, grow, and feel truly valued.”

The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list features over 500 organisations of all sizes and industries, recognising outstanding employers across multiple categories — including those supporting women, LGBTQIA+ employees, ethnic minorities, disabled staff, older and younger workers, and mental wellbeing.

For the first time in 2025, the rankings also highlight excellence across key industry sectors, with Baily Garner recognised within the ‘big’ companies category.

Based on WorkL’s employee engagement survey — developed by behavioural scientists, psychologists, and business leaders — organisations are evaluated against six critical drivers of a positive workplace: Reward & Recognition, Instilling Pride, Information Sharing, Empowerment, Wellbeing, and Job Satisfaction.

“This recognition is not just about where we are today, but where we’re heading,” Mr Webster added. “We will continue to invest in our people, foster innovation, and build a sustainable business that delivers long-term value for clients, communities, and employees alike.”
