The London Borough of Harrow was named Landlord of the year at the first Unlock Net Zero Live Awards.

The Landlord of the year trophy

Announced at a ceremony held at Housing 2023 and hosted by Unlock Net Zero ambassador Kunle Barker, this category recognised landlords that are paving the way in creating and maintaining net zero homes and places that benefit communities.

The judges said of their entry:

"The London Borough of Harrow have adopted an innovative approach to solving retrofit problems which is incredibly impressive, demonstrating what can be done when thinking differently. This has enabled real scale up which is much needed."
