2024 Unlock Net Zero Awards - Landlord of the year, private sector
In the first of our awards recognising landlords that are embracing the net zero transition Grosvenor were named private sector landlord of the year.
Kirsty Wade Potter from the British Property Federation picks up the award on behalf of Grosvenor from awards host Laura Tobin and award sponsor Chris Tredget from Fortem
In reviewing their submission our judges said:
“Grosvenor have been focused on sustainability for some time. We like their clear goals and the way they work with others to leverage greater action.”
