2024 Unlock Net Zero Awards - Green Homes Upgrade of the Year - London and the South
Our second retrofit award of the evening recognised the Green Homes Upgrade of Year across London and the South.
Representatives from Low Carbon Exchange and LiveWest with awards host Laura Tobin and Mike Rothwell from award sponsor Westdale Midlands
The judges selected the work of Low Carbon Exchange for LiveWest in their Furse Park development in Plymouth as the winner in this category. Speaking of their work, the judges said:
“This project understands how a balanced retrofit approach between technology and fabric performance can be applied. It has created a blueprint for similar projects with the same ambitions.”
The judges highly commended the work of Gravesham Borough Council at their Springfield Court development.
