2024 Unlock Net Zero Awards - Building/Development of the Year - Homes
Haringey were named winners of the Building/Development of the year - homes category at the Unlock Net Zero Awards for their Watts Close development.

Of the development our judges noted that the council had genuinely future-proofed the properties meaning they are ready to adapt and change and the climate changes around them.
The judges also chose to highly commend the work of Pollard Thomas Edwards for their Beechwood Village development in Basildon.
