Announced at a ceremony held at Housing 2023 and hosted by Unlock Net Zero ambassador Kunle Barker, this category recognised people who demonstrate an exceptional commitment to combatting climate change. With such a large number of entries this category was split to recognise a champion in the North and the South.
Speaking of Luke, the judges said:
"Luke shows real leadership and has demonstrated a passion for the environment which he is passing on through the business, influencing business direction and a wider stakeholder group. Overall, a very impressive entry."
